Technical Equipment

In equipment the operator can order individual technique for the room in question.  When clicking on the file, a selection will be offered. Next to each technical article, which can be ordered, you will find the renting price per day. In seating different ways of seating arrangements can be chosen, for example parliamentary, horseshoe, diamond and so on. In notes further individual comments for the technical department can be noted, i.e. “Please send a technician at 12.30 h to connect technical equipment of a customer.”

When ending the input with ok, the orders will be sent by e-mail to the technical department and catering. The customer will receive a written order confirmation, including orders with catering and technical equipment.
