One-Operator System

VisGuide contains of a central server and a number of clients which are connected via switch. The standard version includes one server. The executing units are called clients. They consist of one special configured PC and one display, e.g. flat screen. At the moment a maximum of 256 clients can be connected to VisGuide. If necessary this number can be increased.

Digital door displays – called VisDoor – are fed also from the server. Those were installed in front of the conference rooms in order to always show the actual meeting in the room. At the same time, the information about the conference can be shown on the big display monitors. Thus, the visitors can be informed already in the entrance area of a company or a hotel, where the individual meetings take place.
