Fade-in of news ticker

A news ticker is a text message faded-in at the bottom of a monitor. VisGuide offers the possibility to show two news ticker messages at the same time. The image of these messages has to be defined in advance in a HTML file.

In the window “edit message” you will find at the bottom two choice boxes “news ticker 1” and “news ticker 2”. To create a new news ticker message, click with your mouse on the button between the two boxes. The window “info channels” will open. Click on the plus button with your mouse and fill-in the name and text in the appropriate boxes.

You can also find the window “info channels” via the menu “file”.

The saved messages can now be selected in the box “newsticker 1” and “newsticker 2”.
