In the upper part the selected parameter “starting time”, “ending time” and the corresponding display are already entered.

Description: Please enter a working title. This working title does not appear at the displays but is information on the Server screen. For example enter a booking number or “Welcome Mr. Maier” or any other sensible name.

Unterhalb stehen die Auswahlfelder „Nur Meldung anzeigen“, „Meldung und Rauminfo anzeigen“ und „Nur Rauminfo anzeigen“.  Die Rauminfo kann nur angezeigt werden wenn Sie auch das VisGuide-Modul Raumbuchungen erworben haben.

In the middle the flag “text/image” is selected. Now enter all parameter for the desired information. Please do the following:

Heading: Enter the heading. This could be: “Welcome Mrs. Smith”, “Menue Today”, “Change of Routine”, etc.

In the text underneath, a message or a continous text can be entered. Should a picture be part of the presentation it is required to save it in c:/VICOMVisGuide/Media first. Is it saved it can be added in “change message” . As a template a HTML file for your needs is required. By pressing the “preview button” your creation can be viewed and changes can be made, if necessary. Changes could be e.g. change breakes, define the picture sizes, so that it is integrated well. By pressing “ok” the input is saved and is shown by the client at the required time.
