Room booking overall view

Below the calendar you will find the conference room overall view. The available conference rooms will be described with a room number and a brief description of its locality. Within this list you can choose single rooms with the left mouse button.

Now you have the possibility to retrieve detailed data regarding the chosen room with the right mouse button. There you can lodge details such as available technical equipment, seat capacity or even a complete room layout. Furthermore, additional information regarding special features of the room can be left, e.g. “The connector for the microphone is broken. Technician will come on Tuesday for repairs.”
